Nice little place with about 9 or 10 sites. Great facility hookups for your RV and sites are all gravel, clean, and level. No bathrooms, showers, or really anything else, but a great place if you need that.

We stayed here in a motor home for a month in March and April 2016. We found it a quiet and peaceful place with a nice clear stream flowing right in front of our site. The owners were very friendly as well as the neighbor next door to the park. There were no amenities, but the quiet of the mountains all around was a priceless amenity. It is centrally located to Ashville, NC and to the Blue Ridge Parkway with lots of things to see and enjoy.

This is our second time staying at the park. The owners are great, very helpful and accommodating. They have made a number of improvements to the lower portion of the park by adding cement patios with trellis covers and seating along with gazebos that have wooden swings. The lower portion has a rather steep gravel road that you take into it. The upper portion is very easy to get into and even though it is on the road it is very quite. Both sections are well maintained. The sites are gravel but very level and extra wide so you are not on top of your neighbor. Full hooks with good water pressure. WiFi is spotty but when it does work it works well. Our Verizon phone signal was good and our MiFi worked well. There are no bath/laundry facilities. There is plenty of space both lower and upper for dog walking. It is very quiet and only about 10 minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We paid $650 a month for the lower section.

This is a small park with no amenities. The water pressure is fantastic, as is the internet. Another review mentioned a creek going right past their site: I'm not sure where they were staying but it definitely wasn't in one of the 6 sites available here. The only creek we could find was across the highway and on private property so we couldn't even access it without trespassing. That was a bit of a disappointment because the creek was one of the reasons I booked this resort since I knew my daughter would enjoy playing in it. This is about 20 minutes from Asheville and Biltmore Estate and reasonably close to the Blue Ridge Pkwy and numerous hikes and waterfalls. I feel like it is a bit over priced (I suppose everything in the Asheville area is) but I liked that it was a small park and each site has a little yard next to it so you aren't squished up against your neighbor. I would probably stay here again next time we are in the area.
