Worse place. Rent changes every month and pot holes everywhere, land Lords are corrupt. Not a safe place for kids since they don't do background checks on the illegal immigrants that are there. I've seen 2 sex offenders live there in the long times I've been there.
Always welcoming needs some road work done but other wise awesume
It's quiet.
I lived there for most my life had no issues with anything, but the landlord Tie is kicked us out bc of drama that had nothing to do with me. They are evil they will take ur rent for the month then turn around and say u owe them, the place is run down with pot wholes and trash. The water pipes are always broken in the ground making the water bills high, if u can't pay for the water bill u get kicked out...tho the water bill haves nothing to do with the rent tho they still kick ya. Also they are racist against others...I've seen them kick out every color but Mexican, only reason why bc miss lovely fat bich Amber that helps run the office told me that they keep Mexicans more bc they can more money out of them.....so Please don't live here!!!!
