The staff here are always friendly, but there have been times I've had to wait a very long time to see the doctor. Still, they genuinely care about their patients, and they're always quick with lab results.
Doctors and staff are friendly and responsive. Worked well with my cat, and gave extra suggestions for her care.

These people tried to get $250 out of me for my perfectly healthy 2 yr old cat. If you happen to rescue and animal from a local shelter do not bring them here for a wellness check! Most of the staff were friendly but when it comes down to it they were not upfront about the cost of their services. Even though it is widely understood payment is due at the time of services. Ask how much before they do anything to your precious darling!
I don't mind to pay to keep our dog healthy but their prices are more than double of comparable clinics in our area. The final straw was the arrogant attitude that they are better than other vets.
Six months later he had an ear infection. They performed an ear culture along with two vaccinations. Cost was $178. They wanted to recheck his ears two weeks later, performed another ear culture and sold us ear drops. Cost was $78. Called and explained that I felt like we were ripped off for being charged $174 for a simple ear infection and two vaccines. The office manager refused to offer a partial refund for the recheck and only went on at length about how good they are.
Routine physical with vaccinations and bloodwork for small dog was $478
