Service Master of Buncombe County is great! I have a rental condo near Service Master's Sand Hill location. They saved my rental condo not once, not twice but three times. Pipes burst in the unit above mine twice and a valve on the hot water heater failed. The condo was flooded three times. I called Service Master and they were there immediately. I could not ask for better service. Service Master was there with prefessional advice and workmanship. There are not enough stars on the rating scale!!

I had a weekend leak and called. Chad was super helpful over the phone and talked me through figuring out the source of the water, so I could get the right kind of contractor out. After the source of the water was fixed (my AC unit), Chad came by and checked to see if I needed any restoration work. No work needed and no charge for the visit. Prompt, professional, thoughtful. I'd call them again in a heartbeat.
