I bought a new car and added it to my policy. I also lowered my deuctibles on my second car and the woman quoted me at a monthly payment change of less than 15 dollars. I get my bill and it's more than $150 more and they say it's because they added me to a group that has higher rates and less incentives. No reason why, and didn't offer to help from there. So I was just going to be charged more than double my normal bill and they didn't even care to mention why.
