I have been a customer for a long time & I'd highly recommend. The quality of their products is unbeatable & the prices are pretty darn good. The service to my door is the best, even in lousy weather. As for the Delivery Fee ... very reasonable. I've paid more to get a pizza delivered by a national chain!
Schwan is getting one star from me only because I couldn't post my review without giving a star. I was a customer with Schwan for almost 40 years but not any longer, not as long as they have a delivery fee of any amount. Their prices keep going up and the quantity of the products keeps being reduced and then to top it off they want to charge you a delivery fee. So they feel we should pay for the priviledge of purchasing from them. The delivery fee in the beginning was quite small and was to cover the high price of gas at the time. Now that the gas prices have come down their delivery fee has gone up to almost $4.00. Is that good customer service? Is that how you thank your customers for purchasing from you and keep your company strong? I don't think so!! We need to stand up to companies who are trying to take advantage of their customers and turn away from them. I, for one am starting now!!! Goodbye Scwan!!
